Where We Ship

We offer same-day delivery within Hyderabad and Secunderabad for in-stock items. For other cities across India, we ship by courier — please WhatsApp +91 93480 66111 to confirm delivery to your location before ordering.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is charged based on the actual weight of your order, not a flat rate. Approximate charges for orders shipped outside Hyderabad and Secunderabad:

Figures above are indicative. Exact shipping charges depend on courier rates at the time of dispatch and are confirmed with you before your order is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Hyderabad & Secunderabad: same-day delivery for in-stock items, subject to order time.
Other cities in India: typically 2–6 business days by courier, depending on location.
Special-order items: lead time varies — we'll confirm an estimated timeline with you before you order.

Shipping Insurance

Standard courier shipping charges do not include transit insurance. Orders are packed carefully and shipped through established courier partners, and in the event of transit damage or loss, we'll work with you and the courier to resolve it. If you'd like your shipment insured for its full value, let us know before dispatch and we can arrange this for an additional charge.

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details with you directly over WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.
